New two-story private loft in Tierra Pacifica Plaza with a unique open design. Exclusive access to the pool and garden. On-site supermarket and restaurants nearby. Covered parking. Very secure. Keyless entry 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Consider this your private resort with everything you need under one roof. Perfect place to relax and unwind if you are looking for quiet comfort, or just to take a break from the messy challenges of life. Includes many amenities not found in other condo developments. Queen size bed for two with fold out trundle bed to sleep two more. Upstairs bathroom has a shower, while the downstairs bathroom has the washer and dryer. Fully furnished with teak and melina wood. Fully loaded granite kitchen with everything you need to cook, except food (which you can get at the supermarket with a fair price downstairs).
Keyless entry and automatic locking. You will receive a unique door code for entry that will work for the duration of your stay. No meeting is required for key exchange.
One covered parking space.
Security guards present on the grounds at night. Although Pariaso and the area of Playas Junquillal and Blanca are very safe.
Exclusive access to the pool picnic area and garden. The pool is for condo guests only and usually about 3 condos are occupied.
Washer and dryer:
Two air conditioning units: one in the bedroom loft and one on the first floor. No additional charge. but turn it off when you leave!
Wifi and elevator access, though you probably won’t need it.

We boast ultimate privacy, security and comfort. It’s a great place for relaxation in a tranquil, rural beach town but just 1km from a paved highway to bigger towns. Appropriate for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
Note the ‘bed’ in living room is a one-person futon-type bed.

The layout for this beautiful community near the beach includes 7 condominium spread among a spacious three story Spanish style building overlooking a tropically landscaped patio and pool area. If you are looking to relax, unwind and get away, this is the place for you. The condo has a furnished kitchen, dining area, and living room.The condo area and each individual unit are keypad entry only. The property manager will provide confirmed guests with access codes prior to arrival and guests can enter their unit immediately upon arrival (after check-in time). Elevator keys are left inside the unit so guests must first access their rental condo via the stairs and can then use the elevator to bring up heavier luggage, groceries, etc.

The Space
Our fully equipped condo will make you feel right at home. Catch a beautiful sunset on the patio while enjoying your dinner, or watch the sunrise while enjoying a coffee out front. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, spices, kitchen utensils and food storage.
The king sized beds each have a new memory foam mattress topper and a variety of pillows to choose from. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, fans, air conditioning and gorgeous views of the lush landscape. The master bedroom features a full en suite washroom. The second washroom is just across the hall from the guest room.
The laundry room is fully stocked with a washer, dryer, True Earth laundry strips and cleaning supplies should you need them. We can also arrange a maid service to come regularly during your stay. The condo comes with a covered parking spot right next to an outdoor shower for easy sand removal!
The elevator is located near the parking spot. Please speak to the property managers for elevator operating instructions.

Beautiful separate casita for extended family/friends. Offers kitchenette, full bath, dining room with covered porch overlooking the pool. There are many species of flowers and animals in costa rica.
This unique property is on 1.6 arces of jungle just 3 miles from Playa Junquillal on the Pacific Ocean on Nicoya Peninsula. additional 7 beaches are within 10 miles. Walking distance to town (Paraiso) which offers super markets/ pharmacy/medical clinic/restaurants.

The Space
New house, fully equipped, very spacious, excellent for families with perfect location to nearby beaches and supermarkets.
It is a brand new house, recently built in a very quiet neighborhood, it has private parking and has outdoor spaces.
It has 3 bedrooms.
The main room has a double bed, a private bathroom with hot water, a small balcony, and a rack for hanging clothes.
The second room has a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed and shelves for clothes, a shared bathroom.
The third room has two bunk beds with single beds, a shared bathroom.
All rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils.
Sea Turtle Villa

This condo in Playa Junquillal is an excellent get away for a couple, a small family or group of friends. Located on the second floor of Tierra Pacifica commercial center. This loft has a king-size bed, and futon that converts into a full-size bed, and ensuite bathroom. On the main level, you’ll find a sofa bed with a half bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer
Fully equipped kitchen , living/dinning area, and access to the shared pool.

Grab some groceries at the Super Junquillal on the lower level or if you don’t feel like cooking or head to one of the several local restaurants for local cuisines.
Take a pool noodle and relax in the water surrounded by lush plants listening to the waterfall – keep your eye out for howler monkeys! There are only 7 condos in the building so you usually have the pool all to yourself.
Each bedroom has oversized king beds with many pillows and firm comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, fans, and private air conditioning.
We can also arrange a maid service to come regularly during your stay.
The condo comes with a covered parking spot right next to an outdoor shower for easy sand removal!
The elevator is located near the parking spot with easy to use instructions posted.
Other things to note
Terra Pacifica in this area of Costa Rica is safe, however as with any location …. it pays to use common sense to when it comes to security and safety. There is all-night security guard and locked gates to aid in guest safety.
