I am Janel Gómez Hernández, an entrepreneurial woman from Paraíso de Santa Cruz, Guanacaste. My passion lies in the management and rental of properties, that requires trust, professionalism, and a deep commitment to people. Since 2023, I started on a journey to transform and reinvent my business, driven by the desire to grow as a businesswoman and offer a service of excellence.

I have dedicated time to academically prepare myself in Business Administration because I understand the value each client holds. For me, property management means more than just managing assets, it’s about ensuring that my clients’ expectations are not only met but exceeded, and that their trust is reciprocated with transparency, honesty, and loyalty. 

My mission goes beyond just managing properties. I aspire to offer a service that combines efficiency, quality, innovation, sustainability, and accessibility, always seeking solutions that make a real difference in my clients’ lives. My focus is on building lasting relationships based on trust, which I consider to be the cornerstone of my business.

As an entrepreneur, I have ambitious goals, to consolidate my company as one of the best  in Guanacaste, while also inspiring other women to pursue their dreams. I firmly believe in the power of leading by example, which is why my family plays a fundamental role in my life. Every day, I work with passion and dedication, striving to be a model of courage, perseverance, and learning.
